Sims 3 and Legacy!

I got Sims 3 a few days and played around for a bit. In many ways it’s similar to the Sims 2 except with a handful of new add-ons. I love playing with the CAS features though, so many customizations! Gotta love that. Otherwise there are also a lot more places Sims can visit while they are in town, such as the library, gym (free facilities!), parks.. and others. In addition to the random town events that happen every few days, the graphics have seemingly improved from Sims 2 as well.
Since the official rules for the new Sims 3 Legacy Challenge are up, I thought I’d get started ASAP.
Let me introduce you…

The Bloomwood Legacy! Shown here is the founder of the Bloomwood family, Valerie Bloomwood. She’s supposed to look like a barbie if you are wondering /laughs, she looked more like one when I was still in CAS though. Anyways she’s a young adult, her traits are: Clumsy (family trait!), Hopelessly Romantic, Bookworm, Lucky, and Neat. Her lifetime wish is to become a Star News Anchor. She’s also really skinny but because of her muscles she doesn’t look that much like a stick. Her favorites are Fruit Parfait, Pop music, and the color Turquoise.
The official Legacy posts will follow shortly, still gotta organize the hundreds of pictures I took while still in Generation 1. This layout will also need to be changed to differentiate between the Legacy posts and my regular posts. Ahh lots of work! Thankfully it’s summer vacation~

I tried playing Sims 3 the other day but it just lagged way too much on my laptop. All these extra new features are mind boggling (I feel old, lol), so for now, I think I’ll just stick to my Sims 2
I know what you mean. It’s sometimes laggy on mine too, but most of the time it’s OK if I don’t have many windows open. I re-intalled Sims 2 again to participate in some of their legacies. Yummy
